1/4 C Bourbon
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C soy sauce (low sodium)
2 T olive oil
Mix above ingredients and marinate 1-1/2 lb salmon. Cover and refrigerate for . Place salmon on baking sheet and bake at 400 for approximately 20min .
